Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global listed business who have an opportunity for a Senior Reward Business partner to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with the development of the global reward strategy
* Managing the annual reward cycles including pay and bonus review
* Leading on the drafting of directors remuneration report papers
* Working on various reward projects through the year
We are looking for someone with a strong compensation background, who has experience working on sales incentives plans and also has experience writing DRR's. Ideally you will have worked within a listed organisation.
