Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a global industry giant in their search for a Talent Sourcing Senior Advisor. This is a new role in a newly created team focusing on market mapping and talent intelligence, particularly focusing on skills mapping.

Our client is on a journey moving away from traditional business lines into carbon neutral and renewable energy. The have ambitious plans and for them to be able to meet these plans they need to attract, retain and employ the best talent.

The role holder will:

Lead on the development of market mapping and talent intelligence activities, ensuring insights are relayed to business stakeholders in a qualitative and credible way
Work on a project led basis in the identification, engagement and conversion of passive candidates aligned to bp critical skills needs and search requirements.
Drive competitive advantage, ensuring we have warm and engaged talent pipelines ahead of demand needs, in order to deliver our strategic priorities. Responsibility
Interface with business stakeholders to understand their business drivers and talent needs and build and deliver effective sourcing and market intelligence strategies demonstrating a deep understanding of the talent market.
Build robust understanding of discipline competitor landscape and uses qualitative and quantitative market intelligence reporting to influence stakeholders and drive decision making.
Keep up to date with external market intelligence and industry trends such as new technology, talent sourcing techniques and using these insights to raise the bp profile and improve the existing strategy.
This role would suit someone with a background in sourcing, talent acquisition, researching or talent mapping.
