Morgan Philips are delighted to be supporting this great client to hire an HR Advisor on a 6-12 month FTC basis. The HR Advisor will support the HR Business Partner in all aspects of HR and support the Senior Management Team in the delivery of organisational HR objectives.
You will be a central point of contact to provide a full range of HR guidance and support to department Managers and employees across the Company. You will also support the administration and coordination of a range of HR systems.
Suitable candidates will have broad HR and Administration skills and ideally hold an HR degree, relevant HR experience or Diploma in Human Resource Management CIPD accreditation (level 5). You will also have good general IT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
