A leading global management consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. You will support the firm's coordination of lateral recruiting to join the London office. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Owning the applicant tracking system and providing weekly reports of pipeline to the key stakeholders
  • Supporting direct sourcing activity with a focus on LinkedIn mapping
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Organising and supporting regular recruiting meetings both internally and externally (recruitment agencies)
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Supporting CV screening process for potential hires

As Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong education to degree level ideally
