I am working on an exciting Head of HR position with a global, growing, Recruitment Specialists. This is a key role to deliver first-class employee experience and ensure the business can deliver sustainable growth. The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors, and will be responsible for delivering projects, lead employees, demonstrate a strategic mindset and be able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!

Key responsibilities/duties:

• Report to the board and Executive team by developing a reporting suite and analysing data and HR metrics
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
• Contribute to the business as a senior HR professional and member of the Executive team
• Maintain, develop, and monitor adherence to company policies
• Lead on change management ensuring organisational design is scalable and fit for the future
• Lead on staff selection, engagement and retention activities
• Partner with the Board and Executive team to ensure appropriate succession planning is in place.
• Develop appropriate employee benefit packages
• Oversee and maintain HR systems
• Own the delivery of all pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Investigate and resolve workplace grievances
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Working closely with TA and L&D to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding and learning process
• Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business

Key skills/experience:

• Previous experience in a sales environment would be ideal
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation in multiple territories - ideally EMEA and APAC
• Highly organised and deadline oriented.
• Demonstrable experience of working in multiple territories for high-growth businesses
• Analytical, numerate with strong verbal and writing skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Previous experience working with a Board of Directors
