You will be working for a global business services organisation as part of a wider HR team focusing on the management of TUPE transfers both into and out of the organisation.
Your new role
Working as part of a larger TUPE team, you will be the subject matter expert for your business units on all aspects of TUPE. You will manage TUPE transfers into and out of the business, from the bid stage of the process through to staff transfer and integration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing specialist HR Support to all elements of the bid process in the development of a commercially viable HR solution
- Ensuring a compliant, professional and considerate people transfer within agreed timescales and budget.
- Support the bid team in analysing new and existing operating models
- Establishing a positive working relationship with relevant trade unions and representatives
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an established HR professional who has an excellent track record in supporting TUPE transfers including experience of the bid stage.
This is a remote based role with occasional travel to sites across the UK.
