The position of Talent Partner will involve:
- End to end sourcing
- Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Gathering market intelligence & market mapping
- Driving innovation and process excellence
- Driving employer branding
The ideal candidate for the position of Talent Partner will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years recruitment / sourcing experience
- Come from an IT / Technology environment
- Have experience of creating and executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategy
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Be experienced in managing high volumes of positions
£50,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package. Hybrid or remote working.
