PERMANENT Vacancy - Hybrid working - HRBP - IMMEDIATE START - Full time Monday - Friday - Based in Conwy

My client is seeking a professional HRBP to join their team on a permanent basis.
The organisation you will be working for is a leading independent management company, looking after some of the world's most exclusive products. They offer unparalleled services to their clientele from their 11 bases worldwide.

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time and a hybrid model is in place - 1-2 days on site and the rest remote.
While working from the office you will be based in Conwy however international travel will also be required with this position.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Supporting the Group HRM and the Line Management with ensuring the team are engaged and therefore increase their contribution to the company objectives.
Working globally supporting on a day to day/hands on basis and implementing projects to improve the organisational processes this is a key role within the HR Team.
Support the Group HRM to develop and implement the HR Strategy that supports the wider Business Strategy.
Delivery of the human resources strategic objectives within your business area and support Line Managers in promoting the on-going development of a high performing workplace.
Work with the Group HRM on the development of HR processes, such as exit interviews, probationary reviews, conducting difficult conversations, disciplinaries and grievances etc. with a view to instilling a consistent approach.
Develop strong relationships with your allocated business managers to understand how HR adds value to the business strategies, critical issues and bespoke requirements.
Maintain a keen understanding of Employment Law, HR trends, developments and best practices and using these to suggest and make improvements.
Challenge, support and influence the business managers to make well informed decisions/actions regarding the management of their people. This may involve re-structuring and change management where necessary.
Ensure the day to day HR administrative support and policies and processes are timely, accurate and "customer friendly".
Provide HR advice, tools and support to managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures to ensure issues are handled in a timely manner with professionalism, fairness and consistency to achieve desired outcomes.
Update policies and procedures in compliance with UK legislation and communicate to the business appropriately.



What you'll need to succeed

CIPD qualified or relevant experience level
At least 4 years previous experience 2 of these should be at a similar level
Sound knowledge of employment law, best practice HR management.
Strong analytical skills to report on HR Management Information for reporting purposes.
Have gravitas and confidence in communicating and influencing senior management team to deliver high performance.
Influencing and negotiation skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of employment legislation with desire to continuous learn.
Understanding of compensation and benefits programmes
Open, engaging, collaborative with a pragmatic approach and a sense of personal ownership.
Proactive, approachable, results driven and an ambassador of the Company.
