Job Details

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a great business as they look to recruit for a Part time HR Administrator. This role will be based in Slough, working across three days with a Full Time equivalent salary of up to £27k.
 
The company are offering hybrid working.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant team and add great value to the people function.
 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
 
·Creating high quality, clear and concise legally compliant HR documents including contracts, offer letters etc.
·Calculating and administering all staff pay increases in line with the payroll team.
·Liaising with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely provision of monthly Payroll Data.
·Administering all the new starter information including the accurate retention of all statutory documents.
·Minute taking at HR meetings and staff hearings as and when required, including creating and maintaining accurate records.
·Collating bundles of documents for disciplinary hearings and other multi delegate meetings.
 
We are looking for:
 
·Proven experience working in a HR Administration role.
·Exposure to payroll, liaising with payroll departments ensuring all records are accurate.
·Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Excellent IT skills.
·Ideally available to start in April.
