We are delighted to be recruiting for a global employer based in Sheffield who are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their existing HR team to support for at least 6 months on a fixed term contract. This company have seen huge growth in the last 12 months, and continue to grow, creating a need for additional support in the interim. This is an exciting time to join them!
The HR function supports a headcount of approx 400, you will work alongside another HR Business Partner and be a point of contact across the production division of the business. You will have strong influencing skills and communication skills and be highly credible with senior and operational stakeholders within a blue collar environment.
·The HR Advisor will support the HR BP in day to day operations, and on key HR projects
·Leadership coaching and upskilling through change process
·Advice & Guidance on process and policies
·Support stakeholders with ER, in particular absence management, performances
·Recruitment & On boarding
Team fit is key for this role so you must be a really hard worker and team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and work towards creating a positive working environment. You will be an experienced HR generalist with particular emphasis on change projects/process and coaching of stakeholders.
Despite this being a fixed term contract, this is a fantastic time to join the company!
You will preferably be available to start this contract immediately.
