Hays HR are currently recruiting a Senior Recruiter to work for a professional services firm based in Leeds City Centre.
This role sits within an established recruitment team of 10 who ranging from administrators to managers.
The Senior Recruiter will have enough experience to work autonomously and interact with key stakeholders with confidence.
They will have line management responsibility, take ownership of large scale strategic projects with limited support and have experience of managing a budget.
The Senior Recruiter will work with an emphasis on direct sourcing. They will also ensure that both they, and the wider team, are attracting a diverse candidate pipeline and conduct an inclusive recruitment process.
They will build and ensure that strong relationships with agencies and job boards are maintained.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires an experienced Recruiter.
You will ideally have had experience of working in a professional services environment.
Previous line management experience is essential.
Experience of implementing initiatives and delivering projects is also essential.
