Job Details
As a core member of the Executive Hiring team, the Talent Coordinator will provide support throughout the search process to the team, internal clients and candidates.
This position will provide logistical and operational support to coordinate all phases of search projects with an emphasis on reporting, database management (Workday), interview and meeting scheduling, supporting in projects and most of all providing a great candidate experience

Description
The key responsibilities of the Talent Coordinator will be as follows:
- You will support the Executive Hiring team in scheduling candidate interviews, assessments and ensuring results and feedback sessions are delivered in a timely manner. And provide support on internal projects across Executive Hiring and Talent.
- Manage the team's calendar: coordinating dates, setting appointments, and general calendar management.
- Manage and raise Purchase Orders accordingly or liaise with the wider business to organise PO's
- Create, edit and proofread documents, including search update reports, candidate profiles and interview reports, and other documentation when required
- Be the expert on our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and upload candidates and manage accordingly through the process.
- Run reports through Workday against key metrics

The successful Talent Coordinator based in London for this Global Packaging Company will possess the following:
- Knowledge of working in a busy Executive Search firm providing support through the whole process
- Willing to take the initiative to own actions and deliver
- Good personal organisation
- Able to manage multiple deliverable and respond calmly and with focus to deadlines
- Good team player able to build positive relationships and comfortable to support others achieve the right outcomes
- Curious with an appetite to learn and grow their career either in Talent, HR of general business
- Verbal and numeric competency
