HR Business Partner
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 plus extensive benefits package
Location: 50/50 remote working/Greater Manchester

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with this global FMCG business in their search for a HR Business Partner to support their flagship production site which produces some of the most well known brands found on our high street.

Within a business of 3500 and working as part of the wider global HR team, the HR Business Partner will primarily support around 200 employees on the production site and act as a true Partner to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, working closely with Unions and providing a first class service.

In addition the HR Business Partner will have the amazing opportunity to lead on projects including employee engagement and the roll out of new company values.

For this role of HR Business Partner we are looking for an exceptionally talented and ambitious individual as there is a genuine opportunity to really make this role your own, leave a legacy to then further develop your HR career within the business.

Key Responsibilities;

*Providing advice and guidance to Operations Managers on HR related topics including ER case management
*Conducting investigations in consultation with management
*Partnering with the HR team to develop and implement communications plans
*Manage and deploy small to medium scale HR projects and change initiatives
*Partner with managers on performance management and talent development
*Maintain site policy and services and manage policy change roll-out
*Support rollout of HR initiatives including People Strategy
*Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business

To be considered for the HR Business Partner role, as a minimum, you will have significant experience working as an HR Generalist in a fast paced and ever moving environment and possess demonstrable experience of working with Unions.

Experience & Skills Required;

*Previous experience in a Manufacturing, FMCG or logistics environment desirable
*Experience of working with Unions is a must have
*Planning, organisational and project management skills
*Strong interpersonal skills - develop solid relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
*Desire to develop the role as you will be given the ownership you need to make an impact.
*CIPD level 5 or above
