Job Details
Working on both operational and strategic HR content, the HR Manager will lead a small team and work across EMEA for a well known FMCG company.
Client Details
The client is a market leading FMCG company with a global presence and a number of brands under it's control.
They boast excellent facilities on site including a gym and cafeteria, as well as east commuter links to Surrey and the South.
They have some flexible working and a 4.5 day working week.
Description
The HR Manager will provide generalist HR support and leadership to the Business including development and performance management, employee relations and talent management. As a strong partner to our HR Delivery Centre (HR Operations and Talent Acquisition) and Centre of Excellence (COE) teams this role will ensure the successful delivery and execution of our HR priorities and programmes at a local level.
