HR Assistant - 6 month FTC - Hybrid working


Your new role

  • Provide a high level of customer service, advice and support to employees across the organisation and to external customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders and route appropriate queries to the HRBP.
  • Deliver effective HR administrative support by ensuring all document templates are maintained, employee records are up to date and complete, coordinate and manage the HR inbox, record, and maintain the DBS system, update trackers and induction plans.
  • Produce letters and documentation and maintain accurate employee data electronically.
  • Accurately administrate payroll and pension transactions for submission to payroll.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers such as payroll and pension departments and other external agencies.
  • Produce and review HR reports highlighting areas such as sickness absence, DBS renewals, fixed term contracts.
  • Participate in specific projects as detailed by the HRBP.
  • Demonstrate high standards of personal conduct at work and carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with all policies and procedures.
  • In particular, employees are expected to manage risk and to fully comply with regulation and legislation.
  • Raise performance in Human Resources by contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an accomplished HR Administrator who is confident handling all things listed above.
