Our client is a successful Accountancy Organisation based in Waltham Cross and due to success and growth they are looking to recruit candidates who has passion for recruitment to join their team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The client is looking for individuals who's target driven, have "can do" attitude, welling to learn and have passion for recruitment.

Description

A Successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Being first point of contact for candidates
  • Manage candidates on boarding and provide great experience services
  • Provide good insights to candidates
  • Keep system up to date
  • Updating vacancies
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database, meeting all legislative and compliance requirements
  • Keep record of missed opportunities to drive marketing campaigns

Successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant :

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant would be an advantage but not essential
