You will work closely with the business leaders and line managers to advise, guide and coach the business on all people strategies to ensure that the organisation maximises its people's potential.

Key responsibilities in this role - building people capability, talent and succession, organisational design and attraction and retention.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure that the HR Road Map is delivered
  • Manage and own key people projects

Profile

  • Proven experience operating as a strategic HR or People Business Partner
  • Experience in change management, organisational design, coaching senior management and strong stakeholder management experience
  • Effectively manage transformation programmes and complex people
  • Experience of consulting with a variety of stakeholders
