Macmillan Davies are currently supporting one of the country's fastest growing global recruiters in their search for an interim People Business Partner.
The Role
Working with the Chief People Officer and fitting in to the small but perfectly formed global people team the People Business Partner will provide first class coverage and support to the business as they search for the perfect long term option in the role.
Arriving in to a business that has already more than doubled in headcount from 100 to over 200 this year alone the People Business Partner will be used to establishing themselves quickly and not fazed by an often chaotic environment. Whilst this is an interim role we are not looking for somebody to stand still. The role will encompass:
* Working closely with stakeholders across the People team to devise and implement people initiatives which will attract and retain high performers.
* Working closely to support People Managers, providing coaching and advice where required.
* Taking the lead on projects such as D&I and sponsorship.
* Creating internal tool kits/guides, equipping the company with the necessary processes to scale efficiently.
* Day-to-day handling of sensitive ER matters.
* Taking ownership of relevant tools and systems related to employee experience and culture.
* Monitoring and reporting on metrics to ensure levels of engagement and retention increase, or are maintained, quarter on quarter.
* Management of a People Executive- providing development and coaching.
About You
We are looking to attract a People Business Partner who can go in to a business and achieve a lot in a short space of time. Due to the interim nature of this role we would welcome applications from those HR professionals who have operated successfully in a recruitment agency or RPO business. Alternatively you may have been part of a tech start up.
Location isn't essential as the business will fit around the right person. Head Office is in the City. Duration circa 6 months.
