Exciting new role for a highly skilled Recruitment Advisor to join a well-known manufacturing brand in the Northwest. This is a great opportunity for a driven and self-motivated recruiter to take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment needs and help shape the recruitment model for the business going forward.

Salary up to £45K + excellent benefits. Initially this role is a 12-month contract with a view to permanent.

As the Recruitment Advisor you will report into the UK Recruitment Manager and support all temporary and permanent recruitment across the UK, this will include the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing of all talent and creating talent pipelines, working closely with hiring managers educating them on the market and current recruitment trends. Shortlisting, arranging interviews, making offers, providing feedback and onboarding. You will take responsibility for managing the preferred supplier list, defining terms and conditions, and streamlining the process to ensure cost reduction and a more efficient service.
This is a very busy manufacturing site with high turnover within Sales, Engineering and Contact Centre's. As the Recruitment Advisor you will support the UK Recruitment Manager in developing a resourcing plan for 2022, looking at attraction, attrition, and employer branding. You will provide weekly reports on KPIS, Diversity & Inclusion, headcount, requisitions, and live vacancies.

To be successful in this role you will be a hands-on Recruiter with a solid work history ideally within, manufacturing, supply chain, pharmaceutical, FMCG or engineering. You will be confident in running all operational recruitment activity and have the ability and experience to provide accurate data and reports to senior managers. You will have proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions within the business. You will know what a good recruitment function looks like and will want to be part of the journey to transform the current processes and procedures.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to be on site 3-4 days/week. The site is based in commuting distance of Blackburn, north Manchester, Preston, Wigan and Liverpool.
