We are delighted to work with a fast growing Fintech business. They are hiring an HR Coordinator who would like to be part of such an amazing company. The company has been growing massively over the last few months and planning to grow double the size in the near future.
A positive attitude and a big passion for HR is exactly what the right candidate needs to have. You will help out the employees and clients with all HR related queries. It will be nice if you do speak German, but good HR experience is more important. The company offers great opportunities as well as hybrid working.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Take care of the full employment life cycle. Onboarding, off boarding, HR inbox, contract changes, holiday request, etc.
- Process documentation and prepare reports.
- Keep the HR system up-to-date.
- Assist the other teams (L&D, payroll, TA).
