Page Personnel are currently partnering a leading healthcare business, based in North Liverpool, who are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager, the successful HR Assistant will be the first point of contact across a full range of HR issues

Description

The successful HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to line managers, escalating issues as requires
  • Providing first line absence management
  • Undertaking the full administrative process for leavers
  • Participating in meetings, ensuring notes are taken accurately
  • Tracking the progress of all employee relations matters on the internal database
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Assistant will have:

  • CIPD Level 3 is essential for this role
  • Extensive experience of HR administration
  • Experience of working within the healthcare industry is desirable
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
