I'm currently working with a leading Manufacturing client who are looking for a Senior HR Site Leader for their site in Cheltenham.

Description
You will be a highly experience HR Site Leader who is used to working at a strategic level and managing and leading a team. This role sits on the Senior Leadership team for the site and you will be the primary point of contact for Senior Stakeholders, developing and implementing site HR strategy and processes in support of the on-going business objectives.
You will provide expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, HR client management/employee support, and organisational design.
Profile
The right HR Site Leader will be:
- CIPD Level 7 Qualified
- Proven HR experience required in a manufacturing / engineering environment
- Significant experience in leading and developing a HR team
- Experience working in a unionised business, in a heavily matrixed global organisation
Job Offer
