Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working with an leading international gallery who specialise in modern and contemporary art on their search for a Junior HR Generalist to join their high performance head office team.

This role would suit somebody who has been working in a HR Coordinator type position who is looking to progress their career with a reputable company and gain some more front line HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide full employee lifecycle support
  • Onboarding
  • Performance cycles
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee enquiries and HR related policies
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Onboarding
  • Oversee external pay roll and handle any payroll enquiries in a timely manner

  • For this role you will need:

  • Multiple years in a HR Coordinator/Officer/Administrator type role
  • Proven experience using a HR system
  • The ability to handle personal data confidentially
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Deep understanding of payroll, HR policies and benefits
