As the HR Business Partner for a critical customer centric business division, you will design and deliver HR change (organisation design and culture is a key focus) during a period of significant business transformation. The role will work with leadership team to implement strategies, processes, and programs to support the organisation and talent needs.
Suitable candidates will have experience in planning and delivering HR change to a business area and the ability to manage competing people priorities and challenging stakeholders to maintain momentum on people plans, evolving the plans as appropriate to ensure they continue to align to longer-term business priorities. You will have a proven track record in a customer service led environment – retail or similar.
