We are currently recruiting for a Global Recruitment Manager to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will have complete ownership of the Recruitment function and bringing your expertise and personality to the business. You will work with local and International Managers and liaise with agencies to get the best talent.
You'll be the first point of contact for hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and applicants with your Recruitment Coordinator.
Manage the UK and global recruitment projects including budget and reporting management and planning.
Managing the growth of the Recruitment function with the hiring of a new Recruitment Coordinator.
RTW documentation supervision and immigration sponsorship management.
Liaising with recruitment agencies and suppliers. PSL selection and management.
Direct sourcing and pre-screening candidates when necessary.
Coordinating the recruitment for freelancers and contractors in every location.
Job market research, providing information on current business trends and new market opportunities.
Offer preparation and drafting, guiding managers and appointees through the process for a smooth and successful onboarding process.
Issuing contracts and offer-letters and assisting the wider HR team with changes.
Creating recruitment reports and providing weekly/monthly updates to the Head of HR and COO.
Job specific skills / requirements
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar in-house role at recruitment manager level and overseeing wide recruitment operations.
Resilience and an ability to think on your feet.
