HR Consultant (Restructure consultations)

Your new company

I am currently supporting an Education Sector organisation based in Wembley Area. They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Professional (HR Advisor/Consultant/Business Partner) to support with a restructure and consultations involved.

Your new role

HR Consultant will be tasked with the management and resolution of issues relating to restructure as well as working closely with the heads of departments, supporting them and attending consultation meetings with affected employees, prepare related paperwork. This role will require to attend some meetings in person, with 50/50 hybrid working pattern.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be available to start immediately or on 1 week notice

• Experience of advising on organisational change projects, including restructures and redundancies
• Substantial experience of supporting with full consultations process
• Significant track record of dealing with complex Employee Relations issues
• Excellent working knowledge of employment law
