Morgan Philips are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a Global Food Manufacturing business to recruit a HR Manager to support 2 sites near Leicester. This is a hands on role dealing with all site based HR issues, as well as partnering with the leadership teams to bring positive and proactive change.

For over 100 years, they have developed products that help customers attract, satisfy and delight their consumers every day.  With an annual turnover of 750m Euro’s and employing 3500 people, the businesses has a global presence, and a diverse customer base, where creativity sets them apart from their competition. Managing a part-time HR Officer, this role reports to the UK HR Director with a functional line to the site leadership teams. Embracing this relationship-centric environment, you will be passionate about furthering the development of the business’s strong culture, ensuring that the core values are reflected through its people policies.

Recognising that people are critical to its success and that they can elevate a business over and above the competition, the successful candidate will need a commercial focus and demonstrate they can add value in a high energy and results driven environment. Passion, professionalism and collaboration are key traits for this position.

 

This role requires a credible HR Manager with a proven track record in a fast paced food manufacturing business (or similar).  You will have a broad generalist HR background, strong employment law knowledge, experience in of recruitment and retention, HR Systems, Reward and Projects as well as a commitment to employee engagement. Suitable candidates will be CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards.
