An interim HRIS Manager to join a successful London University, managing a team of 3, with a flexible contract length.

One of the foremost social science universities in the world, its research and teaching span the full breadth of social sciences, from economics, politics and law to sociology, anthropology, accounting and finance, based in London.

Description

A HRIS Manager (Interim) to:

- Ensure HR systems and related business processes are managed and administered including ensuring data housekeeping of all HR Data, systems documentation is in place and kept relevant.

- Specifically, lead on the system administration of an integrated HR/Payroll system, including implementation of new functionality/modules
- System configuration of Engage ATS (e-Recruitment system) and lead on implementation of new functionality
- Identifying and documenting key service level requirements across all systems.
- Attending the Data, Technology and Digital Management Board on request to ensure HR Systems and Data are appropriately governed.
- To initiate and chair and HR Systems and Processes User Group
- Lead on the Management Information

- Lead on Gender Pay Gap Reporting and other HR metrics and reporting
- Working with stakeholders to develop system road maps and data strategies to support the HR Division and the wider organisation

- Manage a team of 3

Profile

A successful HRIS Manager (Interim) with experience of:

- Working alongside challenging stakeholders

- Strong stakeholder management

- Strong technical ability as well as communication

- Line management experience preferred

- Resource link preferred
