I am working exclusively with a global financial services business who recruiting for an Interim Benefits Manager for an initial 12 month contract. This project role will focus on driving a global benefits strategy across all international locations; you will be tasked using the existing RFP process to identify an international employee benefits broker partner for the organisation, and using this partnership to lead the design and implementation of a modernised and competitive global benefits strategy.

Your role will be to proactively partner with business leaders to evaluate and improve their global benefits plan's cost and performance. You will conduct global benchmarking analysis to identify evolving workplace and industry trends in the area of employee benefits and evaluating current benefits policies and develop recommendations to ensure their benefits offerings are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.

The successful candidate will have previously project management experience and global experience of managing benefits programmes. You will have expertise in benefits, compliance practices, and regulations across UK, Canada, European locations. Experience within Asia (including UAE) would also be advantageous.
