An exclusive opportunity to join a thriving bank as their Assistant Head of HR. This role will lead a HR team and support the Head of HR under the premise of successionally taking over the Head role within 12-18 months due to global mobility.

This is a highly visible role with exposure to the CEO and CFO of the global bank. This person will be comfortable at Board level and report writing. This is both an operational and strategic role, you will need to get 'hands-on' and support the team as and where needed.

Exciting HR projects: The selection and implementation of a new HR system, embedding a performance culture, setting up a new benefits offering, upskilling the HR team to enable operational excellence, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement.

This person will enjoy a collaborative and down to earth company where they can make a real impact on their people and the business. You will drive HR initiatives and be an advocate for the HR agenda and delivering a first-class HR service to the business.

This role would be developed and coached by a fantastic HR Director who comes with a wealth of experience from FTSE 100 firms.

Competitive Salary: Above market rate, alongside a generous bonus package

Desirable: Having worked within a financial services environment
