Our client, a fast growing organisation based on the outskirts of Oxford are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them at a really exciting time. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a great benefits package, hybrid working and excellent development opportunity.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the development of the organisation's HR function, providing comprehensive support internationally. You will lead on the HR strategy and implement policy and procedure throughout the business. You will also be responsible for all performance management and employee relations queries and processes. You will also have responsibility for the line management and development of the HR Coordinator.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will have previously operated at this level. You will have excellent knowledge of employment law - ideally international also. You will have a good track record of managing and developing and team and line managers.
