The client is a leading UK high street business, with a rosta of well-known brands. The business is multi-site, across the Midlands, with a number of different business units.
They are in a strong financial position, and experiencing demand for hiring across the business.
In this role you will be focused on a specific business unit, and the hiring demands from within. This BU holds 70% of the overall headcount, and a significant amount of volume recruitment will be required.
You will be expected to partner with internal stakeholders to maximise success, as well as building the brand and reputation of the business externally to raise the profile of the Employer Brand
You will be tasked to use all methods of candidate attraction available - especially the newer more dynamic options.
You will need
In-house resourcing experience
A Business Partner approach to Resourcing
Experience of volume recruitment
Strong inter-personal skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience of hiring in either Retail, Leisure or Hospitality
Hybrid working - office 2/3 days, home 2/3 days
