A Commercial Bank based in the City of London with a current headcount of 750 employees including partners. Looking for a Diligent and Credible HR Assistant who has the ability to multi task and has a general interest in HR Operations. They are also offering flexible working.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for Supporting and Administering Employee Life Cycle (Production of Employment Contracts, Pre-employment Screening Process, Conducting first day induction for New Starters, RTW compliance, End of Probation Compliance, SMCR processes, Performance Management Records and Contractual Changes). Be the first Point of Contact for internal and external HR queries, undertaking General HR Functions, Maintaining HR Operations Tracker and Note taking in ER meetings with business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to be successful, you will have experience in Banking Industry, Have a relevant HR qualification. Be Career Driven, Professional, have Good attention to detail and be Accurate in data analysis.
