Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business, based in Chester, who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join their team. The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing full support across a range of HR related issues.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Delivering a professional HR service to all company employees
• Advising on and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Supporting in all aspects of employee relations casework
• Ensuring all information on the HR system is accurate and up to date
• Actively participating in HR related projects, such as company restructures and employee retention schemes
• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

• CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
• Experience of working in the manufacturing industry (desirable)
• At least 12 months experience of working in a HR Advisor position within a busy HR team
• Keen eye for detail
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
