Your new company
Our Education Client is recruiting a permanent HR Business Partner to join their growing team in Dartford.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, you will be providing a professional, effective and efficient business partnering service to all levels within the company, working with the close-knit HR team to ensure the smooth running of the services in line with the policies, procedures and legal requirements.

Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must be an experienced HR Business Partner who is fully CIPD qualified. You must have excellent knowledge of employment law and maintain close attention to legislative changes which impact on and require application to the workplace. You must be confident in prioritising your workload to successfully deliver the HR service and strategy, covering both operational and project based work.

You must also have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to other sites when needed and be available to work in the office 100% of the time.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £37,000 plus 33 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), local government pension scheme which includes life assurance, free parking and other onsite facilities including Restaurant, nursery and coffee shops.
