Your new company
We a currently working with a great client in West Oxford who are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them in a part time capacity. Working closely with the Finance department, you will oversee the day to day running of the function, advising on process improvement where necessary. This will be a site based role at 25 to 30 hours per week.
Your new role
You will be the first point of call for any HR related query in the organisation and will provide sound advise on a variety of matters. You will partner and engage with all levels of employees across the business, providing training on HR systems and new policy. You will also work with managers with succession planning and continuous Recruitment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong HR Generalist background, with experience in advising at all levels. You will be able to form strong stakeholder relationships, have good employment a knowledge and be able to to prioritise well. Experience of working within a multi site organisation would be an advantage.
