Director of Talent Management and Development - UK/Berlin/Barcelona

Annapurna Executive are partnered with a scaling FinTech organisation on a Director of Talent Management, Development and Leadership opportunity.

This role will work alongside the growing People function to support the overall development and succession of the team. With a blank canvas to work from in terms of building the Talent Development infrastructure, they are looking for someone to set the overall Talent strategy, shape the team and their offering across the employee growth agenda.

Supporting a global business, this role will require frequent travel to their different hubs across Europe and this role will be pivotal in strengthening their internal Talent through L&D, succession planning and leadership development.

There is plenty of potential to shape this role as the business grows and create a best in class T&D function.

This role will suit someone from a start-up/scale-up environment, who has experience of working in an agile environment and knows how to build from the ground up across all talent and development areas.

This is a very exciting opportunity where you will be able to see immediate impact across the organisation.
