An ER Manager for a 12 week temporary role
Our NHS client is recruiting a 12 week temporary position to support the head of ER in the delivery of a comprehensive employee relations service to the trust. There will be a focus on ensuring service continuity and cover on complex issues across the organisation, ER quality and process improvement and the design and delivery of ER training interventions.
In order to succeed in the role, you do need to have experience within an Employee Relations role within the NHS.
