Recruitment Coordinator - Not for Profit Organization

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a 3-month fixed term contract to join a Not-for-Profit organization based in London.

This role focuses on assisting the Talent Acquisition team with their recruitment needs, coordinating and scheduling interviewing, managing the job platform system, onboarding and conducting the right to work checks as well as getting involved with varied project work.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Full onboarding of all new starters
* Completing full compliance checks including reference and DBS checks
* Scheduling interviews and preparing all interview packs for recruitment managers
* Managing the internal Job platforms system
* Point of contact for all new starters
* Performing general administrative duties
* Generating ad hoc recruitment/onboarding reports

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
* strong HR or Recruitment administrative experience
* Intermediate level experience in Microsoft packages
* Solid understanding of the UK right to work eligibility
* Strong time-management skills
* Detail-orientated with the ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
