This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR Business Partnering team for 6 months to support with key projects.

One of the most recognisable digital entertainment organisations globally.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance to the wider European HRBP team where necessary, and leading on sessions globally
- Being an escalation point for more junior HRBPs on day-to-day matters such as ER cases (appeals and complex cases) and general advice on best practice
- Having coaching conversations with SVPs to support them in managing conflict in their teams where needed
- Provide hands on consultation support during up and coming re-org activity
- Acting as a HR conduit between territories and global decision making
- Providing UK support to HRBP Director by coaching wider teams through complex situations
Profile
To be successful:
- Demonstrable experience of working in large matrix organisations with international colleagues
- Ability to work independently but get hands dirty to execute operational work
- Team management, either directly or indirectly
- Experienced at coaching for performance at a senior level
- Comfortable working in highly ambiguous situations
- Ability to network to find solutions
Job Offer
6 months FTC
Immediate start date
£300 - £350 a day
