People Partner - FTC 12 Months - Start ASAP - Remote Working
Your new company
You'll be working for one of west Wales' most established housing associations based in Haverfordwest.
Your new role
As People Partner you'll take the lead in a small operational HR team acting as the key point of support to the Head of HR. This is a true generalist role, as people partner you'll be working closely with key stakeholders across the business and be working on a number of key projects as well as BAU duties. This is a remote working role with attendance to 1 face to face team meeting per month.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be a proficient HR generalist, ideally with CIPD level 7 or equivalent. There are some line management duties involved, you will need to demonstrate your ability to lead from the front.
What you'll get in return
This is a fixed term post for 12 months paying a FTE 33K. You'll also be entitled to other benefits including a generous annual leave allowance.
