A global financial services organisation are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their evolving team.
Working within a newly created division this role will focus on the delivery of high priority, senior roles across the globe. Roles include project management, finance lead, communication & change lead and legal. You will manage internal applicants, cross border hires/transfers and direct sourcing.
- Working with HR team to identify internal talent
- Proactively sourcing external talent
- High profile stakeholder management and regular communication on progress
- Screening applicants and reviewing profiles with stakeholders
- Working with the interview scheduling team to coordinate virtual interviews
- Working with stakeholders on debrief sessions and candidate feedback
- Extending offers to chosen candidates
4 month interim assignment initially (likely to be extended)
17-20 open hires at any one time - high touch service
Can be 100% remote - office space available if preferred
Day rate via umbrella
