Your new role
As Interim Talent Development Lead you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR Directors, driving forward-thinking plans and actions on capability, learning, succession, and talent interventions to enable business performance and growth. The role is the custodian of succession and talent development plans for a defined area, ensuring plans drive improvements in the diversity, depth, and breadth of our succession pipelines. Finally, the role is accountable for driving a culture of continuous learning and performance through the effective operationalisation of performance and development activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will come from an Occupational Psychology background and have worked in Talent Development within global commercial businesses. You will be able to demonstrate return on investment and a commercial approach to talent development and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role in December 2021 and commit to a 6 month duration. You will be happy working in a hybrid model between the Central London office and home.
