Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting our fantastic client in Greenford who are looking for a new Management Accountant for their finance team.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £30,000 - £33,000
Are you a certified Accounting Technician (part or fully qualified) qualification or equivalent?
Do you have proven experience at a similar level gained in a fast-paced commercial environment?
Do you have the ability to analyse a high volume of transactions on a weekly and monthly basis?
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the senior Management Accountant in all aspects of the day-to-day accounting function and the provision of management information.
The main responsibilities for the Management Accountant include;
Provide support to the Senior Management Accountant.
Assist Senior Management Accountant in preparation of monthly management accounts.
Monitor submission of Capex Requests.
Prepare monthly journals, including Capex recognitions and monthly depreciation.
Ensure that all lead schedules are updated and reconciled to general ledger on monthly basis.
Assist with preparation of month-end analysis.
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the review by Management Accountant and/or Financial Controller.
Set up weekly/monthly payroll payments.
Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly flash and cash  flow forecasts for head office.
Assist in the year end audit and statutory audit.
