Your new company
This is a group of education establishments with an excellent reputation and high standards. With circa 400 employees ranging from Academic, to Group/Trust and support staff across 3 sites in the South Yorkshire region.

Your new role
This is a brand-new role within the HR team, reporting to the CEO, the Senior Management Team and the Board - where you will be responsible for the management and provision of an effective HR service.

The role is to deliver and embed the HR / People Strategy, which underpins and supports all that the Trust does and stands for. The People Strategy is focused on developing our staff to support them in creating positive impact and outcomes for pupils / students and the community.

You will be in charge of a hard-working HR team with 5 direct reports - providing a challenging and motivational employment experience, aswell as support/guidance/mentoring.

NB the Interviews for this role will be taking place from 10th December onwards.
You will be subject to certain checks and compliance PRIOR to interview - and an enhanced DBS check on job offer

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be a CIPD qualified, with current membership, and able to demonstrate evidence of your ability to lead, manage and drive a proactive and consistent Human Resource Service & Team, and a People Strategy. Ideally from an education (any) background or suitably similar culture and/or environment.
