An exciting new Recruitment and L&D Administrator role has become available within a well-known law firm, which prides itself on providing leading support and advice across numerous sectors. Initially 3 month FTC but high possibility of extension/permanent conversion Immediate start needed. This will be a great opportunity for someone with a demonstrated interest in HR to start there career in a friendly team.

As a Recruitment and L&D Administrator, you will:

  • Advertise positions, set up interviews and send offer letters out.
  • Work closely with marketing to advertise roles.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders regarding interview set-up and feedback
  • Track everything on the recruitment portal (Allhires)
  • Carry out searches on LinkedIn and other search tools.
  • Provide support to L&D Manager to coordinate development programme logistics, including scheduling, registrations, room bookings
  • Be first point of contact for L&D queries, manage course attendance, cancellations, no shows and highlight any issues.
  • Prepare materials and work with the L&D Manager to develop course content
  • Create high quality relationships with external training providers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain training records and analyse data to identify relevant department specific trends
  • Support with ad hoc L&D projects and strategy

As Recruitment and L&D Administrator, you will possess:

  • Strong ability to communicate verbal & written
  • A strong administrative background with excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills
  • Able to build effective relationships with the team and other internal and external stakeholders. Able to converse with senior leaders of the business
  • Discretion and sensitivity in relation to confidential information
  • Good at working under pressure, often to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload from different members of the team
  • Willing to work outside of core hours when events require it
