Due to an internal promotion this is a newly created role with a focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal and external talent acquisition solutions.

This role will be key in supporting the organisation with building employee engagement and high performance through specialisms such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Description

· Leads in the identification, design and delivery of learning development interventions

· Responsible for the effective execution of talent processes

· Support the HR Specialists to ensure team development solutions are scoped, designed and implemented

· Works in partnership with HR to support with wider engagement interventions resulting from data gathering

· Working with the TA team, and wider HR to ensure a thorough and welcoming on-boarding offering for all new hires

· New Starter program is developed, maintained, and embedded within the organisation

· Support in EDI campaigns to raise awareness and drive ambitious positive organisational changes

· Support the HR Specialists with the delivery of actionable changes to internal processes

· Effective internal communication and measurement of all activity

Profile

Degree level education

· Experienced at design and delivery of engaging and effective learning interventions and up to date with emerging practice

· Demonstrable success with team and small OD / cultural pieces of work

· Experienced working with E,D & I

· Critical at evaluating data and drawing insights

· Organised and independent in execution, yet collaborative and inclusive in approach.

· Open minded and curious to explore and bring in new, inventive, courses of action to drive our business forward and support superior performance

· A confident and innovative communicator and facilitator using multiple channels / mediums

· Insights or MBTI qualification preferred

· Professional HR or business qualification desirable
