We have an interesting and challenging HR Project Manager / HR lead role for an NHS organisation undertaking a complex change and ER project.
Were seeking an experienced HR professional, HR Manager/HR Business Partner or similar to lead a project team coordinating a complex change/ER project. You will be leading a small team which will be responsible for the project and undertaking a range of ER & Change activities including :-
- Reviewing employee data sets and data cleansing
- Invites to hearings
- Dismissals, appeals etc
We are seeking experienced HR professionals who have lead/undertaken complex ER / Change Projects within either NHS or public sector or unionised environments.
You will be skilled in change management, planning and delivery.
Able to project manage / plan and coordinate
Able to develop commuincations
Experience in leading Hearings, Dismissals, dealing with Unions, redeployments, T&Cs,
Ability to Working at pace and multiple stakeholders
This role is offered on a temporary contract basis to start asap until end of April 2022 via Hays on a PAYE or Umbrella Company basis.
Remote Working from Home. But sites and HQ in South
