A Learning and Development Consultant (Interim) to develop the training plan for an NGO, and make the structure robust. This role is based in London, for an 8 week duration.

Description

A Learning and Development Consultant (Interim) to:

  • Develop and document the training plan for 2022, including responsibilities, budget and schedule
  • Design an L&D programme structure, for the next year, aligned with the competency framework that leverages on-the-job learning, training and coaching.
  • Facilitating focus groups to understand the needs of employees.
  • Create an engaging technical skills/knowledge programme based on internal knowledge transfer (lunch&learn knowledge share sessions for example).
  • Develop new programmes aligned to the competency framework and in support of career progression success.
  • Cost up and make proposals for any external suppliers
  • Enhance the L&D share point so that it has a robust process in place to maintain it over time

Profile

A Learning and Development Consultant (Interim) with experience of:

- Facilitating focus groups

- Making training sessions and material more interactive for a virtual environment

- International experience desired
