The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for providing predominantly project admin support for the HR Advisors specifically in relation to Subject Access Requests (SARs), playing an integral role in the administration and smooth running of the release of information processes.

Page Personnel have partnered with a reputable law firm whose headquarters are based in Leeds, with eight additional offices within the UK. They specialise in providing innovative, high quality, specialist legal services to insurance companies, corporates, and public sector bodies. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a full time, 6 months FTC.

Description

The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Collating, logging and processing SARs including redacting information and preparing files for HR Business Partners/HR Director approval
  • Production of offer letters and contracts of employment, co-ordinating and booking induction meetings, producing induction schedules and liaising with all appropriate departments in preparation for new joiners
  • Working with the third party provider to ensure all pre-employment checks are conducted for new joiners and supporting the HR Business Partners and Advisers with screening checks for current workforce to meet the legal regulatory and clients' requirements
  • Producing letters to confirm changes to terms and conditions of employment
  • Producing letters to confirm or extend probationary periods, capturing this information on to the People Manager system
  • Processing and completing daily tasks submitted to these inboxes a wide range of subjects from benefits queries to employment and tenancy reference requests, sponsorship and study leave to talent pathways processes and developments
  • Maintaining the HR database to include inputting new joiners, contractual amendments, change of details, annual leave requests, recording of sickness absences and other leave

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will have:

* 1 year experience in HR Admin
* Ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information
* Capable in use of MS Applications

Job Offer
